After pulling up her capri-length pants several times, Kendra declared, "Hey, my capri suns are falling down!"

Gross!

I don't know why hanging teeth gross me out so much but they do!  Yuck!  Mikayla has now lost 3 teeth in the past month and thinks it's hilarious to twist them and leave them hanging out of her mouth just to gross me out.  Not too many baby teeth left now...

 Mikayla sang the National Anthem to start off the Little Gator 6&Under meet.  She did a fabulous job!!  We are so proud of her and how courageous she is to get up and sing in front of people.

 Megan had a blast at the little gator meet and took hom several ribbons and a couple of medals too!

These two shaved quite a bit of time off their strokes this year and they continue to get stronger and faster and their hair more chlorinated everyday.

My Little Daily Dose of Laugher

Kendra always keeps me laughing!  While I was changing Kara's diaper she said, "Whoa. that is a lot of poop. That is de-gusting.  She smell like rotten millk."  Then she reached over and squeezed my breast and said in an unnaturally high voice, "Is Mommy feeding you rotten milk?  Huh?  Is she, Chubby Baby?  Is she?" 

Kara was crying in the car while I was driving and Kendra said, "Mom, can you feed her?"  "No, I can't while I'm driving Kendra," I said.  "Yes," she says "you can just put her on your knees and feed her!"

Bryson and Bailey came to visit!

Month 4

 Kara is 4 months old and 13 lbs.  She is now rolling over both ways and scooting around on blankets and such.  She's gone through a growth spurt and started waking up once or twice at night to eat.  She never opens her eyes at night, just wants to nurse in her sleep.  In 4 months she has not once needed to be rocked back to sleep or ever woken up at night.  She always eats in her sleep and goes right back down in her crib.  I'm pretty amazed at her sleeping abilities.  She's settling into more of  3 nap a day routine with the morning and evening being an hour or more and the afternoon is closer to 3 hours.  She usually sleeps at night from around 9pm to 8am.  The girls still want to hold her every chance they can get and help change diapers and dress her.  They also love to push her in the stroller on family walks.

 The next day we headed to the lake for some boating with friends.  Trent had to work so I took the 4 girls by myself.

 This is how she boated--the whole day.  This girl just slept the day away and enjoyed the warm summer air.

So much fun!  We really had a great time on the lake!
