As we did with the other pregnancies, we let the girls paint my belly. They had been bugging me for days to do it and fortunately, we did it just in time--2 days before Kara was born! Being so close to Easter, Megan painted an Easter scene with a pink bunny hiding eggs all over the grass and a tree.
Kendra painted an owl. At least that's what she says...
Somehow, it had a pink body and brown wings and it was flying like crazy around my tummy!
Mikayla painted a butterfly dropping the baby down from the sky into my awaiting arms below. Her version of the stork I guess. If only childbirth were as easy as sunshine and butterflies and catching your baby as she floats down from the sky! Ha!
Last time to have a belly. I'm going to miss feeling this little one kick and move inside...
