Yep, Mikayla went 4 1/2 yrs without having her face painted! She always chooses her hand instead. But at a preschool carnival last weekend she took the plunge! I had to take a picture because I was proud of her for doing what every other 4 yr old girl has done many times over! She ended up loving it and loved looking in the mirrow and had me take a pic so she could see it too! Ah, Mikayla and her little quirks...

Lauren usually opts for her hand, too, so I was surprised as well this year. So good to see you, if only for a quick hug. We WILL plan a play date sooner or later!
