Magaw and Papa brought the girls some cute shirts back from their trip to Mexico. So, we had to have a Cinco de Mayo party to wear them! We had a bunch of friends over for yummy enchiladas, chips and dips, my favorite guac, and lots of fun for the kids.
"Ole!" Megan says, they were acting so silly to get Kendra to laugh!
Kendra: Megan, I got a secret to tell you, c'mere...
Kendra: Nah, go away! Okay, come back here...
She looks like such a big girl sitting here with her sisters!
Kendra's little handmade top had exquisite detail on it, so cute!
Um, yeah, this is Mikayla playing "maracas." She got to bring her Mexican jumping beans and marionette dolls to school for show-n-tell that day too. She had fun telling the class about her souvenirs from her grandparents and said she felt like a "real Mexican girl" at school that day.
